Ultra-Fast Switching

GaN Foundry + System Integrator

We are a GaN processing foundry. In-house lithography, ICP etching, metallisation, passivation. Small batch production starting from a few wafers. Short lead times. Direct support during mask and design phase. One partner from wafer to working system.
